Kobler Viognier is one of the smallest and most versatile sites that we work with. The Viognier plays a supporting role in Kobler Syrah and Venus, but takes center stage in this cuvee. Harnessing the French tradition of barrel fermentation and prohibiting malolactic fermentation gives us a Viognier that is aromatically pleasing and nimble on its feet. The cool climate of Kobler Family Vineyard allows for physically ripe fruit at lower than normal sugars. The end result makes for an intriguing and unique drinking experience.Visit Our Store
