This annual celebration of Pigs & Pinot will feature a series of intimate dining and educational events hosted by Chef Charlie Palmer. A cast of Master Sommeliers, iconic winemakers, and celebrity chefs will join me in showcasing some of the world’s greatest Pinot Noirs with perfect pork pairings, all to support the advancement of the next generation of chefs, winemakers, and hospitality professionals.
