Judicious acidity makes this a great candidate for pairing with food. It is very fresh on the palate, engaging, and invigorating. It has quite a finish for Chardonnay. The Nancie Chardonnay comes from four vineyards: one is an old vineyard on Sonoma Mountain, one lies off of Westside Road, the third is in Bennett Valley, and the fourth is our old-vine, dry-farmed, estate Chardonnay vineyard.
