Although we have worked with Jemrose Vineyard for a couple of seasons, it was not until 2017 that we were familiar enough with the site to warrant its own bottling. Cardiac Hill’s small vineyard block earned its name because of the steep, rocky, north-facing slope it is planted to. The Estrella River selection of Syrah and the limited rocky soils yield some of the smallest and most flavorful Syrah fruit around.
Visit Our StoreCardiac Hill Syrah possesses incredible depth and structure even in its youth. It will age for at least a decade or if you’re drinking now, decant it for a few hours before dinner.
