Cuvée Keltie is a direct result of careful study in the vineyard. Identifying subtle shifts in terroir and personality in the vineyard allows our team to isolate some sections of vineyards – sometimes just a few rows or the top of a hill and often in one or two-ton increments. Optimal ripeness in these sections combined with large percentages of whole-cluster creates a wine we relish in.
Visit Our StoreThe Cuvée Keltie is a remarkable wine and a great example of site selection and careful attention in the cellar. The barrel selection for Cuvée Keltie has continued to produce a wine that is structured and rich without being ponderous, and with no new oak used in the process, the mouthfeel is a result of both patience and selection. Patience comes from nearly two years in the barrel, which allows for the concentration of flavors and the mellowing of tannin.

The nose shows hints of grilled meats, confectionary notes, tobacco, and graphite. On the palate, richness, and structure are in beautiful harmony, creating irresistible litheness.
An excellent charcuterie wine. A slice of prosciutto di Parma plus a sip of Cuvée Keltie is guaranteed to bring a smile to our faces.
